The Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce is where people and business succeed.

Our Chamber is a membership-based business and community resource organization with a mission to provide opportunities to engage and connect our Members with the greater community. The Chamber provides long-established events like Business After 5 networking, the Kenosha Expo, Business To Business Expo, and Scholarship Golf Classic. In addition, the Chamber provides services such as the Local Business Guide and Kenosha County Map, online Business Directory, Certificates of Origin, business referrals, and much more.

Events

Expo Health & Home Show

Occurs in: March

Kenosha Expo is the Chamber’s premier consumer event showcasing our Members. Over 5,000 people attend this two-day business-to-consumer event. The Expo also features the Family Activity Area showcasing civic and nonprofit organizations that serve and strengthen families, the Kenosha Health Fair with free screenings and services, and the Great Kenosha Raffle benefiting college scholarships.

Business to Business Expo

Occurs in: November

The Business to Business Expo brings together a diverse group of Chamber Members offering products and services for the business community. Attendees can meet participating Chamber Members, explore what they have to offer, network with other local business professionals, and make new connections in a relaxed expo setting. The Expo is free and open to everyone, with complimentary lunch included. Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.

Annual Meeting

Occurs in: October

The Annual Meeting brings together business and community leaders to celebrate the Chamber and recognize outstanding achievements throughout Kenosha County. The program includes a keynote speaker, introduction of new Chamber Board Members, presentation of scholarships, and recognition of recipients of the Best Place to Work, Community Partner, Beautification, Chairman’s, and Ambassador of the Year awards.

In addition to promoting Members through our online Business Directory and printed Local Business Guide, Chamber membership includes a variety of benefits for you and your business, including ribbon cutting ceremonies, scholarships, referrals, advertising and sponsorship opportunities, and more.

New Business Recognition

Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation

Each spring, the Chamber Scholarship Foundation awards at least four $2,500 scholarships to graduating high school students connected to Chamber Member businesses. Additional scholarships support adult learners, students finishing their degrees, women continuing their education through Tempo Kenosha, healthcare students through City of Hope Cancer Center, and adult learners through American Place Casino.

Networking Groups

Chamber networking groups are a free tool available to our Members to help expand their personal network, gain recognition for their products or services, and build business. Being part of a dedicated networking group creates awareness of you and your business, builds useful contacts, and helps polish your presentation skills. Current groups include Connect For Success, Southeast WI Networking Breakfast, Nonprofit Networking Group, and Health & Wellness Networking Group.

Professional Development

We don’t just help your business grow; we help you grow as well. The Chamber works with local organizations to offer professional development programs, resources, and opportunities designed to strengthen leadership skills and help businesses thrive in our community.

Leadership Kenosha

Leadership Kenosha is a 9-month professional development program that connects participants with community organizations, issues, and leaders while building their professional network and developing essential leadership skills. Monthly sessions explore areas of Kenosha County including government, education, healthcare, human services, business, and nonprofit organizations through firsthand experiences and conversations with local leaders. Participants also work as a team to complete a community service project, applying skills in project management, communication, advocacy, and collaboration to a real community need. Facilitated by UW–Parkside, the program helps emerging and existing leaders deepen their community knowledge, civic network, and ability to make a positive impact. Chamber Members receive a discount on tuition.

FLIK: Future Leaders in Kenosha

FLIK is a networking group for young professionals under 40, offering opportunities to exchange ideas, build meaningful relationships, and inspire one another to achieve personal and professional success. FLIK offers a variety of events, including Build & Brew, casual networking over coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening; Skills to Succeed, skill-building workshops designed to support professional growth; tours of local businesses; a book club; and more to come. Whether you're new to the area or looking to expand your network, FLIK provides an easy way to meet others and get involved in the local community.
