Position Title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Status: Part time: permanent, 25-30 hours per week
Reports to: President
Salary Range: $12/hour

Basic Functions

  • Provide front desk support in the operation of the Chamber
  • Provide administrative support for Leadership Kenosha
  • Provide administrative support for Chamber events

Specific Responsibilities

  • Reception – professionally greet visitors, answer telephone calls, respond to “info” email inquiries
  • Oversee Leadership Kenosha logistics including site selection, registration and meals
  • Create written email communications
  • Schedule and arrange the conference room as needed
  • Collect and sort mail; post payments; create deposit as needed
  • Handle event online and telephone registration as required
  • Filing
  • Coordinate and manage the community newcomer/relocation package program
  • Assist with events as needed
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President of the Chamber

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Good telephone and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
