Position Title: Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Status: Part time: permanent, 20-25 hours per week
Reports to: President
Salary Range: $14/hour

Responsibilities

  • Manage registration process for Chamber events and initiatives (Expo, Directory, Golf Classic, Fishing Outing, Annual Meeting, etc.)
  • Manage member invoice process
  • Process invoices and payments into accounting system
  • Provide administrative support to the President
  • Oversee Leadership Kenosha logistics including registration, site selection, and meals
  • Process EssCerts (Electronic Certificates of Origin)
  • Staff the front desk; greet and triage visitors
  • Other duties to support office operations including but not limited to answering phones, ordering office supplies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
  • Will train right person
